Rules, Restrictions & Regulations

No SOLICITATION is permitted on Fair Grounds except by paid vendors

Roving solicitation of any kind is prohibited

No Banners, Signs or Leaflets are to be carried, displayed or distributed without written permission of Fair Personnel

Skateboards, Hoverboards, Segways, Bicycles(except EMT’s), Motorcycles,Scooters(except ADA recognized medical wheelchairs), Laser Pens and Drones are prohibited Golf Carts, ATV’s – Side by sides are prohibited except use by authorized Fair Personnel

Any motorized vehicle operator must be 16 years of age or older Deliveries on the Fair Grounds are prohibited after 11:00 am

No Pets are permitted without leashes unless they are being exhibited at the fair and are registered for exhibition

The use or possession of non-prescription Drugs is prohibited on the Fair Grounds

Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited Smoking is prohibited in any buildings, barns or grandstand

Any and all Exploding Devices are prohibited on the Fair Grounds without written permission

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES, RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION FROM FAIR GROUNDS WITH NO REFUNDS

Enforcement of these rules, restrictions and regulations will be by the Fair Management, Fair Security or Police Department personnel

ATTENTION: Hitch openings need to be 3 3/4″ minimum!
